Can you just rename the C:\Users\Office Depot\ folder to something else? Or create a new folder under C:\Users and move the contents to the new folder?

Here's why I think that might work: I use a small 74GB Raptor as my boot drive, and that wasn't big enough to hold my Music folder. So I simply used Windows Explorer to move the Music folder from its default location, C:\Users\FunkyFresh\, to a new location on my secondary hard drive. Windows took care of updating all the existing pointers/shortcuts to the Music folder (like on the Start menu); all I did was a cut-and-paste.
