Default Linksys DD-WRT Troubles

Ok well 1st I'll start with my network layout.

All computers CAN NOT ping each others IP or HOSTNAME!
All computers CAN ping all router interfaces!
All computers CAN remote desktop into eachother!
I'm going to school for Computer Network Administration!
I feel really dumb right now!
In my diagram the computers should be connected into a switch!
I feel extremely dumb my diagram is wrong!

Well thanks for any help and suggestions!

P.S. On the outside router I did say pinging is not aloud but since it is not on the same subnet that should not matter right?

P.S.S My main problem is that file sharing is not working on my network!

P.S.S.S Yeah somehow the outside router was being lame and was blocking pings on a totally different subnet how does that work out?

P.S.S.S.S The outside router was not doing anything! I don't know what is going on with my network! Probably should just load up defaults and try again!
