Only did the basics, really.
Made sure to change out the basic admin username and password, which is the best thing you can do to secure your router.
Next, I put on some good WPA protection on the wireless with a 64 bit passkey generated
here (

Lastly, the best security measures for the other
pc's on the network is the fact that my router is a nice NAT router. No random virus related BS hitting my
pc's as it's all bouncing off the router and getting NO response (which is WICKED against random port scans.)
